Korea Volleyball Association announces 17-man roster for Hangzhou AG team

The Korean Volleyball Association (President Oh Hannam) has completed its player selection.

“We are pleased to announce the roster of the 2023 Korean Men’s National Volleyball Team that will participate in the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games and various international competitions in 2023,” the Korean Volleyball Association announced on Wednesday 안전놀이터.

The 2023 Korean Men’s Volleyball Team will compete in international men’s volleyball competitions, starting with the 2023 AVC Challenger Men’s Volleyball Tournament in Taipei, Taiwan, in early July and ending with the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, in late September.

A total of 17 players have been selected for the 2023 Korean Men’s Volleyball Team and have been training at the Jincheon Athletes’ Village in Chungcheongbuk-do since May 1. Hwang Taek-ui (Armed Forces Athletic Corps) and Kim Myung-kwan (Hyundai Capital) will lead the setters, while Park Kyung-min (Hyundai Capital) and Oh Jae-sung (Woori Card) will be responsible for the libero positions. Na Kyung-bok (KB Insurance), Jeong Ji-seok (Korean Air), Hwang Kyung-min (KB Insurance), Im Sung-jin (KEPCO), Kim Ji-han (Woori Card), and Jeong Jung-yong (Korean Air) were selected as outside hitters, while Heo Soo-bong (Hyundai Capital) and Lim Dong-hyuk (Korean Air) were selected as opposites. Kim Kyu-min (Korean Air), Park Joon-hyuk (Woori Card), Lee Sang-hyun (Woori Card), Kim Jun-woo (Samsung Fire), and Kim Min-jae (Korean Air) joined the middle blockers.
