German soccer and Bayern Munich legend Lothar Matthäus has criticized Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel.
Bayern Munich narrowly won the German Bundesliga title this season. The Bavarians finished with 71 points after a 2-1 win over Cologne in their final match on July 27. They finished with the same number of points as Dortmund, but with a goal difference, the Bavarians were crowned champions 먹튀검증.
It was a close call for Dortmund. This is why Bayern Munich has been criticized for winning the league. The Bavarians also suffered a humiliating early exit from the UEFA Champions League (UCL).
This season, head coach Jupp Heynckes was fired and Thomas Tuchel took over. Bayern Munich was in turmoil. With so much turmoil, the German and European champions were no longer the dominant force they once were.
In an interview with Germany’s Bild, Mateusz criticized Tuchel: “Since Tuchel arrived, Bayern Munich has become weaker. The team has gotten worse.”
“Bayern Munich made a lot of mistakes before the change of manager, and this situation has continued after the change of manager. But clearly, under Nagelsmann, Bayern Munich was challenging for the treble. After Tuchel came, Bayern Munich had a bad run of results.”
Mateusz added: “Bayern Munich has the best players. They deserve to be league champions. But Bayern Munich became an ambiguous team. Since Tuchel came, the ambiguity has increased. Everyone seems to be playing for themselves. Tuchel is always talking about the team’s shortcomings instead of supporting them.” He continued his criticism.
